This floral cross stitch is 'Victorian Posies' from The Ladies Work Society by Jane Greenoff. I noticed a big difference in stitching this design compared to stitching designs that are magazine cover gifts as I had loads of thread left. I find that most cover gifts have just enough thread and, in some cases, I've had to use some of my own to finish a design but with this kit I've enough threads left to make another card.

This is really pretty Kath. As I still can't get my head into cardmaking I ordered some cross stitch, but as I've not done any for years the basic fundamentals passed me by, very fine aida and no printed pattern, so with my eyes a no go area.

Hi Kath
This is stunning. Love the mix of colours. Definitely much more detailed than you would find on most cross-stitch magazines.
Love the colour of the card base alongside too.
Hope you are having a good weekend.
