As the year ends, I wanted to say 'Thanks' to everyone who has commented on my blog over the past year. Also many thanks to the Design Teams who have chosen my cards as Top Picks and those who have invited me to be a Guest Designer. This card is for all of you!

To make this card I used:
5" x 5" white matt card blank
Durene Jones 'Thanks' cross stitch chart
DMC threads
Lawn Fawn 'Outside In Stitched Square Stackables' die
Snippet of brown textured card
I trimmed a snippet of card so it was slightly smaller than the card blank and die cut a stitched square from the centre. I mounted the completed cross stitch behind the aperture and attached it to the card blank.

It's lovely. Cross stitched cards are a favourite of mine. Sadly I don't do them too much these days. They take so long, but I always appreciate seeing them done by others xx
