Hope your day is glorious

I made this card for the Butterfly Challenge 'Spin the Butterfly Wheel with the letter C' and I have chosen Crimson and Charm (edited to say that Mrs A has also spied the Checks - I must admit I hadn't seen them, just the flowers!).  I'm also entering the Crafty Calendar Challenge  '2 or more layers' and Allly's Angels 'Flowers' challenge.

Card blank: 6" x 6" white matt
Stamp: Woodware 'The Hedgerow'
Die: My Favourite Things 'Fishtail Flags
Ink: Versafine Crimson Red
Card: Dark red and white matt
Paper: Wild Rose Studio 'Always and Forever'
Other: Butterfly charm (upcycled from a birthday card), red twine

I trimmed the flower paper, layered it onto dark red card and attached it to the card front.  I used my MISTI to stamp the sentiment onto a piece of white card card before die cutting the banner.  I placed the banner die onto a piece of dark red card and cut around the edge to make a matting layer.  The white banner was then layered onto the red matt and the left edge trimmed before it was attached to the card.  I tied red twine through the top of the butterfly charm and then attached it with Pinflair glue.
