I made this birthday card for a few challenges using a new (to me) stamp and die set with lots of snippets.
I used black ink to stamp the large flower onto dark orange card, the smaller flower onto light orange card and the leaves onto turquoise card. These were all embossed with clear embossing powder and cut with the coordinating dies. I put the card blank into my MISTI and placed the flowers and leaves in the corner so I could see where to stamp the sentiment. After removing the flowers and leaves I stamped the sentiment with blank ink and embossed it with clear embossing powder. I attached the large flower and leaves directly onto the card. I coloured the edge and centre of the smaller flower with an orange Promarker before attaching it to the card with a foam pad.
To make this card I used:
6" x 6" white matt card blank
Lil'inker Designs 'Modern Medhni' stamps and coordinating dies
Versafine Onyx Black ink
Cosmic Shimmer clear embossing powder
Orange Promarker
Snippets of dark orange, light orange and turquoise textured card
