Snowman and Friends

I made this card for the Cardz 4 Galz 'Show a Snowman' challenge and the final Rudolph Day Challenge of the year..  I'm entering A Gem of a Challenge 'Snowmen/women', Allsorts 'Anything Christmas' and Sparkles Monthly Challenges 'Christmas is Coming'  I'm also hopping over the playground at Pixie's Crafty Workshop with my snippets.

Card blank: 6" x 4" white silk
Image: Lili of the Valley 'Christmas Cuties' Art Pad
Punch; Woodware Squared Corner
Embossing: Sizzix 'Dots' embossing folder
Other: Diamond Stickles, Wink of Stella
Snippets: Grey matt and white silk card, Wild Rose Studio 'Painted Poinsettias' paper

I embossed a piece of white silk card, trimmed it, layered it onto grey matt card and attached it to the card front.  The snippet of pink paper was trimmed, layered onto grey card and attached to the left side of the card.  I punched the corners of the pre-coloured image, layered it onto grey card and attached it to the centre.  To finish I highlighted the image with a Wink of Stella and added Diamond Stickles to the snow.

Lovely snowman and rabbits image the embossed background carries the snow theme through well, and the snippet of pink tones in beautifully.

Love the image and love your colour combination of the grey with the pink. It compliments the LOTV snowman perfectly. Like the punched corner shape too. Hugs Mrs A.
