Another stained glass cross stitch Christmas tree decoration from a pattern in Christmas Cross Stitch magazine - this is the Christmas angel. After finishing the stitching I ironed some thin interfacing on the back of the cross stitch before trimming it to fit the frame. I attached a circle of white felt to the back of the decoration and a small piece of blue ribbon at the top.
I didn't enjoy stitching this design as much as some of the other patterns as there are a lot of half stitches, but I do like the finished angel.

Hi Kath
It might have been harder work .. .. but well worth the effort!
The finished result is beautiful and it looks just perfect in that gold frame.
Hope all is well with your and your Christmas plan are coming together.
Love Jules xx

Absolutely stunning, Kath. So worth all the effort of those half stitches. xx
it's beautiful and very intricate, so no wonder there are a lot of half stitches Kath, and love the colours you have used too, and a very pretty gold coloured frame, and the blue ribbon goes perfectly. x
Hi Kath, That is lovely. It will look great on a tree. Sue
A super CAS card Kath, a great die - I'm sure it did take a while to remove all of the intricate pieces.
