Welcome to your New Home

I made this card for the Crafty Friends 'New Beginnings' challenge.  I'm also entering A Gem of a Challenge 'Celebrate Something New, Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge 'Anything Goes' and Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge.



Card blank: 6" x 6" silk
Image: Lili of the Valley 'Moving Day' Mini Masterpiece
Stamp: Hobby Art 'General Greetings'
Punch: Woodware 'Mini Heart'
Ink: Versafine Crimson Red
Card: Dark red matt
Paper: Lili of the Valley 'Pastel Dreams'
Other: Wink of Stella

I trimmed a square of heart paper, layered it onto dark red card and attached it to the card front.  I cut a strip of blue stripe paper, layered it onto red card and attached it across the lower part of the card. The sentiment was stamped onto the top of the pre-coloured image before it was layed onto red card and attached to the card front with foam tape.  I punched four small hearts and added them each side of the image.  To finish I highlighted the image and sentiment with a Wink of Stella.

    Really lovely card and some lovely papers and image used too. I feel it is a real shame about LOTV not doing the papers anymore.
