Let it Snow

I made this card for Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge 'Clean and Simple' using my new die I won in the playground (thanks Di!).  I'm also entering the ABC Christmas Challenge 'B is for Something beginning with B' (I have used blue card), Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge 'Anything Goes', Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with DiesThe Male Room 'Anything Goes' and Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge Extra.

Card blank: 6" x 4" white hammer tent fold
Die: Creative Expressions 'Festive Collection - Let it Snow'
Card: Sapphire Stardream and white hammer

I die cut 'Let it Snow' from sapphire card and put it to one side.  I die cut 'Let it Snow' from the white card, then trimmed it before layering it onto blue card and attaching it to the card front.  I inlaid the blue die cut and then inlaid the pieces from the white die cut.

  1. SQUEAL!! Oh Kath, you inlaid this die - I know from using my own one just how tricky that would have been! Well done. I take my hat off to you - and so does little Parsnip! He now thinks you're so clever that you can help him set up his home brew installation whilst I'm at 'teacher's training'. He's so obvious - had the ingredients delivered rather than sneak out and buy them :) I replaced some of the ingredients with harmless stuff :) The little stinker has no idea either! :)

  5. Fabulous, Kath! I know from experience how long it must have taken you to inlay all those little white pieces, but the result is such a beautiful card. xx

  6. Congratulations on your win Kath. You've made a lovely card with your new die. Goodness it must have taken a long time to inlay all the white pieces - rather like doing a jigsaw. Great work. Barbxx
