Santa and Penguins

I made this card using the sketch from the current 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown and I'm also entering  the Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge 'Gift' and Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge 'Anything Goes as long as it's Christmas'.


Card blank: 6" x 4" white silk tent
Image: Lili of the Valley 'Ho, Ho, Ho' Art Pad
Dies: Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Ovals Large and Lacey Ovals
Embossing: Kars tan embossing mat
Card: Dark blue pearl
Paper: Lili of the Valley 'Frosty Christmas' and 'Classic Christmas' 

 I attached blue paper to the card blank before cutting a 'V' into the end of a strip of red paper and attaching it to the card.  I die cut and embossed the image with the Classic Ovals and a piece of dark blue pearl card with the Lacey Ovals.  The image was layered onto the lacey oval before being attached to the card with foam tape.
