It's time for another Rudolph Day card using a magazine cover gift - which is my RD theme this year. This card uses a Cardmaking Magic 'Perfect Poinsettia' die that was a cover gift with Die Cutting Essentials magazine.
I trimmed a piece of card so it was slightly smaller than the card blank. I then die cut the poinsettia outline and 'Christmas' from the panel (keeping the 'Christmas' sentiment to one side as I needed the small pieces to inlay). I attached a snippet of gold sparkle card behind the panel before attaching it to the front of the card blank. I die cut the intricate poinsettia and 'Christmas' from red sparkle card and inlaid these into the front of the card. To finish I inlaid the small pieces of white card into the 'Christmas' sentiment.
To make this card I used:
6" x 6" white hammer card blank
Practical Publishing Cardmaking Magic 'Perfect Poinsettia' dies
Snippets of white hammer card, red sparkle card and gold glitter paper

This poinsettia is beautiful Kath the top layer which together with the sentiment you have cut from the panel is perfect inlaid into the space, and the gold sparkle card is really wonderful to back the open top layer of the flower. A delightful CAS card. x
