Kick up your heels

I made this card for my niece's birthday and am entering the Bugaboo Weekly Challenge 'BINGO' - I have chosen Something Blue (dress and card) Player's Choice (colouring) and Sentiment.  I'm also entering the Seize the Birthday 'Anything Goes' challenge and Crafty Creations Challenges 'Anything Goes'.


6" x 6" white matt card blank
Bugaboo 'JJ Tequila and Shoes' digi stamp
Promarkers
Blue texture and white matt card
Wink of Stella

 I merged the image and sentiment digis and resized them before printing onto white card.  The image was trimmed and coloured with Promarkers.  I layered the panel onto blue textured card and attached it to the card front.  To finish I highlighted JJ's dress and the cupcakes with a Wink of Stella.
