I made this card for my sister's birthday and am entering the Alphabet Challenge 'P for Pretty in Pink', Crafting with Dragonflies 'Pinktober' and Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge 'Anything Goes.
Card blank: 7" x 7" white silk
Stamp: Woodware 'Bubble Bloom - Felicity'
Pumch: Woodware 'Squared Corner'
Ink: Versafine Vintage Sepia
Card: Brown matt and white silk
Paper: Lili of the Valley 'Pastel Dreams'
Other: Pink/brown Card Candi, gold nailheads, Crystal Stickles, computer generated sentiment 'Harrington' font
I layered pink paper onto brown card and attached it to the card front. I printed the sentiment onto white card and stamped the flower before trimming it and punching the corners. The image was layered onto brown card and attached to the centre. I paper pieced the leaves and decorated the flower with Card Candi, nailheads and Stickles.

ReplyDeleteFabulous card, like the way you have PP with the same papers as the background and love the CAS effect and the stamp. I never bought this, I really don't know why because every time I see a card made with it I wish I had.
